WORKSHOPS
SURF MOBILITY + POP-UP TECHNIQUE
In a 45-minute session that is facilitated by Amy, a qualified Physiotherapist and Surf Instructor, you will learn the techniques of how to do the ultimate pop-up through surf mobility and stretching. This workshop will also will help prevent injury and achieve optimal ranges for surfing movements - paddling, pop-ups, and back health.
This session will be followed by a quick 15-minute dip in the ocean and coffee.
Please bring your yoga mat or towel, water, and what you need for a swim.
It is recommended that you arrive 10-15mins early to find a parking spot.

SURF STRENGTH AND POP-UP TRAINING
A 45-minute workout filled with tried-and-tested tips and tricks to improve your surf strength and pop-ups while at home…no gym needed. Guided by a qualified surf instructor and Person Trainer. This will be followed by a quick dip in the ocean to cool off.
Please BYO yoga mat/towel, water, and swimming gear.
Located at the Surfing WA building.
